I have not yet gone there but I have a colleague who runs a field mowing business like I do and is a trained mechanic And he says the Dority 40 is the only four dealership in the Portlander area that hates been honest and reasonably priced for servicing his Ford pick up trucks

Made an appointment for our 1997 F350 for oil change and have the AC looked at. Dropped the truck off at 8AM, said they would call when it was ready. We stopped back in at 2PM and the truck was sitting hooked up for diagnosis for AC. We told Gene we would be back the next day to get the truck. Arrived next day @ 9AM the truck was still in the same place and no oil change had happened yet. NO phone call regarding anything. I want to thank Jacob in the Quick Lane department for stopping what he was working on to replace my headlight in the hot sun. He was very friendly, informative and courteous. They did not have the part there but the parts department found it at O'Reilly's. I asked Kyle if I could get it and bring it back for them to replace. He said sure thing. Thanks to all who helped me, especially Jacob! Sorry I don't remember everyone's name but you all were very kind and friendly... I am very grateful!!

Drove 4 hours from central washington with my 3 kids and wife. Before i left i asked the salesmen if it had been in any accidents. He assured me it was fine and read the carfax to me..said it was a nice pickup. Got there every pabel on the truck was dented or scratched. The tailgate was so damaged they didnt put pictures on the website of it.....mark the salesmen u get an absolute 0 in my book. Doherty i see your a family owned business...hmmmm not how i figured my family would be treated.

I have always found Doherty Ford Service to be excellent. They are very friendly, professional and timely. I recently had two separate recall issues on my Escape. My service rep was Casey and I always enjoy working with him. I will never take my Fords to anywhere but Doherty. Keep up the good work.
