After several ignored attempts they have not refunded my obligatory retainer fee. It turns out, I am not the first one this has happened to. I see no evidence that fees were drawn against it. I would NOT recommend this firm to your small business as their fees are astronomical.
NO STARS! They lack communication and charge additional fees incurred at the direction of staff members. My husband and I still dont have a date our taxes will be done and they were submitted weeks ago. Overall unsatisfied.
Amazing staff who are very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
