It's a really nice place. The only thing I don't like is that you can't choose whether to have heat or air conditioning in your own apartment. They leave the heat on until a certain date, and the the air conditioning on until a certain date, and it runs throughout every apartment, whether you want it to or not. It's smoldering in there right now.

It's clean. Maintenance is a little iffy there's room for improvement. Some residents seem to rule the place.
