This business doesn't Value you as a person. They don't return phone calls, voicemails, or emails. Ive spent the past 3 days just attempting to get a human being on a phone call. This company bought out the Bank my Mortgage was through. Since they bought the bank, they raised our interest rate 3 points, increasing our monthly payment by almost $400. Now they have closed the branch near my town down. Despicable Bank ran by Stock holders and Private equity. STAY AWAY.

The receptionist was very rude and kept blowing air like she was irritated. Very short and seemed to be irritated at my presence and any question that I asked. Not sure why I needed to provide my occupation to cash a check from this bank but she said she needed it. I provided my ID, job title, and SS# and she responded when I asked to cash the check that she could do 5000 in cash and the remainder in a cashiers check. Hands down the best bank we have dealt with for our company business accounts. The attention we receive when we have a question or need something handled is better than we have ever experienced. We can't thank the team at Dogwood enough for being great people and a great bank.
