I’m very disappointed with dogwood estates. They had my husband to drive to location to purchase an item to get there and the sold it to someone else. She knew my husband was coming because he spoke to her the night before.My husband drove almost a hour to get after getting off work for the lady to tell us it was sold.She could have told him so he didn’t make that drive. Poor communication and all she could say is sorry because she didn’t know it was sold. If I could give 0 star I would.
We are so thankful to Susan and her team. My grandparents’ estate sale was conducted with professionalism, care, and respect. They went above and beyond to make the sale a success and we are very grateful! Highly recommend!
