Very rude man and I think he needs to retire..he is very irritated..I tried to be nice but he don't care and he does what he want with people water. I think it's deeper that some of his customers know. Something to think about.
Friendly people. Wholesome outfit. Easy transition from old tenants name to me.
All I wanted was an understanding on my bill. Instead of the OWNER helping me to understand he immediately got in defense mode..he was VERY Rude and VERY disrespectful. I lived in this area for 13 years I never had any issues always paid on time and I never in my life been treated like this by any business. His only concern was that he was the owner and he could do what he wants.
I had a water leak that I didn’t know about. Bill was really high. I payed a 3rd of it but they still shut water off. Then they charged $50 reconnect fee . Their rude unprofessional , NOBODY CHARGES THAT MUCH !!! Cost me $237 to get my water back on and that’s after I payed $60 partial payment . That 1 star I gave them is over rating them because they didn’t have a negative rating star.
