Worst company to work for.. The boss Vadim talks dow to you like he's better than you. He can't hardly speak English. They fly you home but than you have to pay to fly back to Chicago. I had a 2 day layover because dispatcher screwed up. I didn't get paid. But the company did. Very unprofessional. They want you to work without taken a 34 he reset. They have a log book company that illegally changes your logs
