The lady (perhaps the owner based on other reviews?) was unfriendly. I tried to purchase an item & also a free item that was in her free bin. I noticed the free item wasn't adjustable (as I was thinking out loud whether or not it would fit my dog). She then refused to let me have it or purchase the other item saying I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. Wow. She just lost a customer.
