Horrible experience, strongly advise against small businesses using this firm. From lack of response to problems to failure to correct them. We have had to hire a new accountant to amend our 2022 business tax return. My favorite of all the problems was when asked why we were quoted $2000 and then invoiced almost $5000 I was told that was difficult to explain. The irony, a CPA telling me they couldn't supply an itemized statement for services rendered
We submitted financial information for D&M to do an analysis; after several months later , I followed up with emails and calls only to find that the CPA that met with us was no longer working at their offices, but the "cherry on top of the cake" was that all the financial information we submitted had disappeared ....
