I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Arayana Toni regarding my sister’s 2024 tax return. The level of incompetence displayed was unacceptable for a professional tax preparer. To begin with, Arayana failed to include critical information—specifically, that my sister had Marketplace insurance throughout 2024. This omission alone caused significant delays and complications with the IRS. Started out as a good service. Will never go back again after this year! They’ve had our taxes for 4 weeks. Not only are they still not done, last I talked to them, they couldn’t even find our packet!! Now they will not answer the phone or return any messages! I’m furious!
Not helpful at all.
I have worked with Arayna for many years on personal, business, estate, and trust tax returns. She is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job explaining complicated tax concepts and situations. She is also one of the most efficient professionals I have ever worked with.
I recently started my own LLC and had a million questions. Arayana Toni and the staff all were more then professional and courteous. Arayana simplified everything and the transfer of knowledge took all of the initial confusion away after one appointment. I am not from Wisconsin and did a lot of looking around for the right CPA. I can not recommend this buisness and staff enough. Thank you.
