Front desk people where great but the lady that was doing my taxs was very rude. I left papers on her desk. I told here I left papers. She shrugged her shoulds said I have nothing. Said it very rude. I said can you go look I dont have them. She replied either do I, you can go look! Horrible experience for my first time there

I have worked with Arayna for many years on personal, business, estate, and trust tax returns. She is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job explaining complicated tax concepts and situations. She is also one of the most efficient professionals I have ever worked with.

Started out as a good service. Will never go back again after this year! They’ve had our taxes for 4 weeks. Not only are they still not done, last I talked to them, they couldn’t even find our packet!! Now they will not answer the phone or return any messages! I’m furious!

I recently started my own LLC and had a million questions. Arayana Toni and the staff all were more then professional and courteous. Arayana simplified everything and the transfer of knowledge took all of the initial confusion away after one appointment. I am not from Wisconsin and did a lot of looking around for the right CPA. I can not recommend this buisness and staff enough. Thank you.
