Great staff
A 2700$ couch lasted less than a year. Then you warranty it and the new couch you get and spent an extra 1500$ on, lasts just a year too. They also just carry your warranty over so you're basically stuck with a heap of garbage. So unless you want to spend about 10g on a nice couch there....you might as well get a couch off temu for 500$. Sorry Gordy you were undersold this time buddy. Great service, friendly staff and environment.
We bought leather couch and loveseat with extra 5 year 100% extra warranty had them for less than 2 years and the leather on the back of the couch started to peel. They have been giving us the run around for 3 months now .They are only 20 months old and we paid alot for them.They picked up the couch over a month ago had it for 2 weeks painted the patches which rub right off when delivered guys were here. They say top quality when it's garbage. Now refuse to replace or give us our money back.
