Really disappointed!!! We've been users since the beginning since changing support services to online it's been intolerable. If you have issues there is no virtually no support. The Product is good as long as you don't need support. Dead ends everywhere! I used Digisign and it saved the day.
Waited over an hour in the support queue and I just ended the call because no one responded! I only had one question before I buy a plan.. Nice first impression guys! I think I will stick with a local company instead. Thanks for making up my mind!
