I was charged $600.00 for 2 accounts at 10pm 2 nights ago. I never subscribed. I order as needed. I cannot reach support and they will not refund my cancelled (non existent) subscription. I am at a loss! I do not know what to do. I have never paid more than $35.00. Any suggestions? I actually think my account was cloned as I cannot log in anymore. Help!
SCAMMERS. IMPROPERLY CHARGED a random charge to my business' bank account after we canceled service with them. We tried to take it up with support, and they said they would authorize a refund, but we never saw the refund, and now we can't reopen the case, because you have to be a paid user to even contact their billing support. Do not trust them with your financial info!
