I used Docusign with a company I was doing business with for a purchase. I do not have a Docusign account. Now I am receiving phishing Emails through them. There is no way to contact this company without an account. This is not a reputable company, do not do business with any company that uses them. I am considering legal action.

I have an outstanding issue that no one from customer service seem to care enough to fix my issue. I cannot update my profile and pay with my new credit card (my credit card on file has expired). I cannot pay via PayPal either. I cannot call anyone from customer service that can help nor be able to escalate the "case" tickets. I was charged $600.00 for 2 accounts at 10pm 2 nights ago. I never subscribed. I order as needed. I cannot reach support and they will not refund my cancelled (non existent) subscription. I am at a loss! I do not know what to do. I have never paid more than $35.00. Any suggestions? I actually think my account was cloned as I cannot log in anymore. Help!
