They have stolen so much money that was to be sent to my student loan none of which was put through and my loan is still in default. I have all bank statements showing proof of payment for their services as well as the payments to be out towards my loan. Nothing has been done and they have repeatedly stolen money from me. My name is David Marsh and I want this company to be held accountable. Along with the stop of this unjust behavior and manipulation of Americans. I hope no one will deal with this company again.

I canceled my account with this scumbag of a company.. a day after it started.. then almost a year later I get a collections out on my name. DO NOT GO TO TO THIS COMPANY, they should be shut down. If I could give negative stars I would, by far the worst company out there.
This company contacted me. They told me I was qualified for a program that I was not. I still have to pay my regular student loan provider. Documents Done Right still wanted me to pay them even though they lied to me. I contacted them several times trying to see what could be done. My calls usually go straight to voice mail and they never call back. This is a scam operation, they are harvesting and selling your information.
They have the worst customer service. I have been trying to cancel because apparently my loan isn't eligible for rehabilitation, and they will not answer my calls, texts, emails, or messages on Facebook. At first everything seems legit and you are signing up for a good deal, but they are a SCAM. Update: NOW their email addresses are deactivated and no one is available. I am still waiting on my refund!!!!
This company has scammed me out of 1200$. I spoke with a guy named Joe who was supposedly my case worker then it changed to daisy then to someone else all within .2 months. The paperwork I paid for for the department of education which I could have done for Free still has not came and my payments were done in June. What they did send me was paperwork that I can do on my own with my student loan company when it comes to negotiating payments that I can’t afford rite now.
