What they are doing is illegal. It is illegal for them to promise debt negotiation and require payment up front. Visit studentaid.gov and get into the IBR program for FREE, it takes about 10 minutes. If you pay these people anything they will ghost you after that.

If i could leave a negative rating i would shouldn't get to rate even one star they are a -5 star . This business is a scam they pressure you into giving them a payment before they even know if they can help you . After finding out they couldn't help me it took three months of " pass the buck" and promises of refund and call backs none of which were ever done . Everything this company offers is FREE you don't need to pay for any of there documents !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER !!!

Awful company was told there would always be a contact person for me well..after I started paying them and after they said my wage garnishment was on hold after making several payments I got a letter from my fed loans stating my account was STILL in Active wage garnishment so I called and they said absolutely nothing has been done to resolve my account!!!!!
