I didn't even end up using this place. When I called I must have gotten the wicked witch on the phone, I couldn't finish a sentence without being interrupted and talked down to. I'm not a toddler, I'm a potential customer. This is supposedly a professional business, not a ragged, run down, downtown Los Angeles McDonald's or something, you cant be all dismissive towards people. Unbelievable
Ok this is beyond unacceptable. This woman has the bawlz to call me a lunatic, when SHES the one going all Karen on me. I needed help with divorce documents, which obv is very confusing and makes zero sense since lawyers have done everything possible to make everything as confusing as possible. So she has the nerve to say that I'm "taking up too much of her time" with my questions. Well duh, what do I pay for then? This isn't communist Russia, I pay for service, I receive service. Jeanine Vaughan is incredible and helped save me thousands of dollars and time on document preparation and filing. I have used her for a divorce, custody order, and name change. She has many other services as well and I will continue to use her for all of my legal needs. I she is very responsive and works quickly to get the job done. Her office is really nice and very conveniently located. Highly recommend her!!!
Jeanine, is the BEST very professional, one of the few people that actually answers her phone! I have the unfortunate experience of dealing with many lawyers and also paralegals, she is at the top of the Heap and I would highly recommend her services to anyone!
