I purchased a package deal for $450, which included vitamins and weight loss shots over the phone; a total of 12 shots. However, there was an error, and some of the shots were not included as originally planned. They recommended me to take three shots a week and assured me that I could come in at any time to receive them. Due to a tight work schedule, I told them that I can only do 2 times a week.
