I waited a long time to post this review because I wanted to ensure I was writing from a place of integrity and not just anger. At my single visit, I was told simply to keep a pain journal and to read a scholarly article provided to me by the PT. Medical gaslighting with women patients has reached new lows. Fortunately, I was able to find a PT and a physician who found the labrum tears in my hip and am now working towards healing and recovery---sans the pain journal.

I was referred to Alex at the Northfield location. I was assigned to Glysell who was a physical therapist and seemed very knowledgeable. Upon my 3rd visit Glysell had "double booked" and spent 100% of her time with another patient. I was assigned to a student who had completed her 2nd year and did not know anything about physical therapy. I received no critique about form or proper performing of the exercises. I came in with back pain and a diagnosis of sciatica and had an excellent experience with my PT, Glysell. Very skilled, compassionate care. I will leave much improved and with the tools I need to retain my gains. This is a warm, inviting office, with easy free parking, too. Highly recommended!

Wonderful group of physical therapists and now in a great new facility with more open space. I have been going to see Alex Berdensky for over a year and now they have added Gliselle Rivera-Alicea who is great. We have a child who has also worked with Suzie and Arnold at the front desk is very nice to work with as well. I highly recommend this clinic.
