Had the unfortunate honor of dealing with this company. I was helping a family member get their finances in order and they legitimately owed money to Doctors and Merchants for a debt they failed to pay. In January of 2018 the agreement was that to take care of the $1200 owed, payments would be made of $100 twice a month. This was done and in total $1300 was paid. YET my relative received a letter 9 months later stating that over $200 was still owing. The letter they sent listed 3 phone numbers,, 2 of which were disconnected.... read more

I give them the poor rating call and call and call to resolve the collection issue but most time that refuse to answer the phone your nor do they return phone calls
