Super Star in our book. We were on the beach with my family in LBI and my daughter dislocated her shoulder diving into the ocean. Out of nowhere Dr. Rosenbaum appeared and took control of the situation. He was able put her shoulder back in place. What a kind person to help a stranger in need. I don’t know where we would have been without his assistance. .
