My experience with this company has been miserable. For starters, they cost about double what any other company costs, which I’m happy to pay if it is worth the service. I asked for an explanation of the services that I’m billed for, and two separate reps talked in circles and didn’t really explain anything. I want to leave a no star, but it won't let me. This company is horrible to work with. High turnover rate so there is no consistency with your "team". We had multiple different people become our "point of contact" and as soon as we needed something, that person was gone and a new one was our person. We were told after the last guy left that we would be contacted by our new person, which we never were contacted by anyone.
