After reading some good reviews, I wanted to support a local business during COVID so hired Keith to supply and install a media room for me. The initial consult was good and he was accommodating in working to my schedule for the install but since then I have not been impressed. This is by far the best media company I have worked with. I recently moved to Texas from Washington DC and I needed someone to install my home theater. I went from Modia home systems to Best Buy then to Star Power but it was all the same. Every person tried to upsell me on a bunch of equipmwent I did not need....When I met Keith he was very professional and never tried to upsell me at all! Over past year, Dr. Sound has done quite a bit of work for us, turned the game room into a theater room, wired the outdoor patio for both audio and visual, and installed security cameras around the house. Keith and his team did a great job. He found solutions for all of my needs.
