Had sound system installed years ago for living room and outside. Keith was great to work with in the beginning. When I started having issues with the system, he completely ghosted me. Had to have another sound company come out.
After reading some good reviews, I wanted to support a local business during COVID so hired Keith to supply and install a media room for me. The initial consult was good and he was accommodating in working to my schedule for the install but since then I have not been impressed. The remote he chose for us is overly complicated (something I’d specifically said I didn’t want) and we had problems from the start with the system turning off mid movie. This is by far the best media company I have worked with. I recently moved to Texas from Washington DC and I needed someone to install my home theater. I went from Modia home systems to Best Buy then to Star Power but it was all the same. Every person tried to upsell me on a bunch of equipmwent I did not need....When I met Keith he was very professional and never tried to upsell me at all!
