Trying to book appointment with doctor from last 2 weeks ,after holding 52min phone they pick up the phone and said hello hello and put the phone down and they never bother to call back . Very stressful to book appointment !!
Ridiculous waiting time Pathetic.
It takes forever to call these people on the phone. Cause of alarm and distress. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Dr Krishna Singh was very polite and helpful. He explained everything very easily. I will hope that my next appointment is with him. I 100% recommend this GP as all the doctors and staff are amazing.
I needed some help with my health and was contacted by Dr Rashmi Singh,she was brilliant on the consultation and even arranged a follow-up,that's 5 stars service, from a GP practice,and they have an automated system which doesn't leave you hanging when calling to book an appointment,the system has a call back.
