My grandson had an 11:00 appointment .when arrived there was two women at the front desk neither even cared to at least speak but rather looked as if they never seen anyone with special need and then tells me that they were sending information that I needed to fill out well I feel like if you need information filled out then just ask the patient to come in a few minutes early rather then making them wait past appointment time.
