Walked in, and the receptionist left without saying a word. I rang the bell and was told to take a seat. Waited 15 minutes, only to see new walk-ins being served before me. Decided to walk out. Terrible service—do not go here!

My massage was rushed I got a pregnancy massage for the first time she was rude she massaged one foot and not the other when I told her she told me “ not enough time”

Very unprofessional. During my 30-minute relaxing massage, two therapists and another client were chatting the entire time in their own language, completely disrupting the experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided at Doctor Massage in Merrylands. My mum paid for a professional massage, but unfortunately, the service she received was far below expectations. The staff member who attended to her had difficulty communicating in English and did not provide the level of care or skill that was promised. To make matters worse, when I addressed the issue with the owner and manager, she was unhelpful and even mocked the way my mum spoke. This is completely unacceptable.
