Darrin has been detailing my families cars for 10 years. When done, the car looks better than when you got it in the showroom. Paint, interior, engine, undercarriage all show quality.

Bad tint install that looked like the guy did it freehand with his eyes closed. It was the worst tint job my friends and I have ever seen. They sure had a good laugh about it. A week later at a car wash, the guy simply wiped the windows with water, no cleaner at my request and it took off the black marker stuff the installer used to cover up even more mistakes. I went back and told them I was not happy and it was 20 minutes of debating if they should fix their mess up or not with the manager. He basically told me to accept it. I had my SUV tinted at Doctor Detail in Costa Mesa. I thought it was a good place because they do tinting on very high end cars and thus, worth the extra cost above other tinting services. I assumed they had great installers and quality materials. I was very wrong. When the job was completed, I was shocked. It looked like the guy did free hand cutting with his eyes closed. It was a bad tint job with jagged edges. Weeks later I had the car wash clean my SUV. They washed the windows and wiped off black crayon that used to cover up the installers mistakes.
