Disastrous Experience with Docon Group builders: Avoid at all costs. First and foremost, communication with Okan Ozsahin (the owner/builder of Docon Group) was abysmal. Any attempts to reach out for updates or clarification on the project were met with silence or broken promises. It seemed like once they had our contract and initial payment, our concerns became irrelevant. Quality control was another glaring issue. We built a unit with this Group. Poor water proofing (needs to be fixed after 12 months), floor boards not sealed and damaged within 6 months. Stay far far away !!
The most positive building experience from start to finish. Quality really speaks for itself and is incomparable to what others offer! So many compliments from our neighbour's, people passing by and family and friends who have watched our build up close.
