The entire staff was so extremely friendly. I have truly never had an experience that was more “treat you like family” than this. I was helped mostly by Pam. I had a complicated request and so many questions. She was so extremely helpful and so kind throughout my entire visit. I will make it routine to bank at this branch!
No matter which option you choose, you cannot speak to a representative. Was on hold three separate times back to back for 12 minutes each, and when it got to the 12 minute mark, it sounds like someone picked up then hung up immediately. Even when you call the local branch number, it is the same. Terrible customer service.
