Staff is extremely unfriendly and ignorant. Spoke with Kim who tried to insult my personal life when I pointed out discrepancies with their billing and told me to "take my business elsewhere" after 10 plus years of using their company. They dropped off our boat at a make shift launch instead of using the proper boat launch then accused me of being rude because I was annoyed that I had walked 3/4 of a mile to meet driver who went to the wrong location. Very good place to do business. Love our new boat. Mark,Kim,Scott and staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I would recommend them to anyone. The Godfrey sweet water boat is a superior product.
Amazing customer service. I went in five years after we bought our boat and Kim remembered the color of the boat we purchased and my name without me saying it. That very impressive!
Purchased a pontoon from a private seller through them. The young gentleman who did the run through with us was very thorough and answered all of our questions, they had the boat cleaned up nicely. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
