Got our boat in and out great price Ty staff was super friendly and helpful
Kim and her team are exceptionally easy to deal with, my family has been taking our boats here for years and I cannot recommend them enough, from sales to service they truly care about their customers and are beyond honest and trustworthy. I recently had the Carbs rebuilt on my outboard and have to say their technician/ mechanic did an amazing job despite being in the midst of their busy season. Plus, I felt that the labor rate and parts charge was more than fair. Thank you guys for fixing my boat!
Staff is extremely unfriendly and ignorant. Spoke with Kim who tried to insult my personal life when I pointed out discrepancies with their billing and told me to "take my business elsewhere" after 10 plus years of using their company. They dropped off our boat at a make shift launch instead of using the proper boat launch then accused me of being rude because I was annoyed that I had walked 3/4 of a mile to meet driver who went to the wrong location.
