Simply the worst company EVER. Their equipment is all refurbished and they never do what they say the will. Their internet can be great so long as the equipment is working. Do not use their phones as the companies software is horrible.....My phone goes dead almost once every couple of months and they can't do a thing about it other than offering me 33 cents a day when it's not working. Their tech guys tell me it's the software but for the last year Frontier hasn't done a thing to fix it. I have guys come out to the house and... read more
