Bought a Mk8 Fiesta ST-3 from Docklands Motor Company and had a smooth, hassle-free experience. Communication was great throughout, they helped with part-ex, finance, and my private plate. I bought a 2016 Audi S3 from Docklands Motor Company, and just one day after purchase (only 324 miles driven), the engine suffered a catastrophic failure. Rather than honouring my consumer rights, the dealership — run by Sajid Ismail — refused a refund and tried to blame me for the damage.
