My experience was a good one. Saqib who attended to me was very nice, he took his time to give details of the vehicle I bought from them.
staff promised they will remove me from my previous car. I said I don't mind doing it, they insisted... Then a few months later got a fine because they never did it. When I call them, barely any excuse, just pretended like they don't know anything. When confronted with evidence, half-arsed apology provided. wouldn't recommend! not to mention, of course, that they sold me 3 cracked rims... my person fixing the rims said he'd never seen such a terrible rim, should not have been on road.
