The guys that came out to work on our lift were FABULOUS! Mason and his team (shame on me for not remembering their names) were just great! Friendly, patient, efficient and thorough. They did the work as promised and we are back in business. Thank you DD&MSC
Dock Depot has done an amazing job taking care of my dock every month over the past few years. It is so nice to come to the house and see the dock moved to the water! They have also helped with repairs, providing us an amazing dog ladder and helping get our dock back in place after the hurricane a few years ago. The team is always professional and helpful!! Defiantly recommend!
I couldn't say enough nice things about Mark at Dock Depot! I had broken the front bow roller on my trailer. Time was essential as I had to travel the next day. I'd called a number of other marine stores only to hear an automated message to leave a message or be put in hold. Mark answered the phone in person. He immediately understood my situation and had what was needed. He stayed past his closing time to wait for me to get there. Outstanding Customer Service!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Anything you can think of with docks they do. Fabricated some parts for me for a gangway and it was done in an hour of putting the order in and got an amazing price... not to mention some very valuable education of the job I was doing. The owner Mark is very friendly and knowledgeable plus he's always there. I highly recommend this place! Thanks Mark, I'll definitely be back 👍 💯
