DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I booked for a pcr test 24hr result with certification for £49. However the booking failed but the payment still went out. I thought let me wait because on my bank account it was a pending transaction so I said I will wait for it to bounce back in my account, I called Doc Health to to double check the booking was indeed failed and payment, and the lady said yes booking failed no payment has gone through. Waking up this morning to find my account credit and now in negative balance because Doc health too... read more
25 pounds for cancellation, plus I have been told to wait 7 to 10 days to get refund, the guy on the phone never told me there’s cancellation fee. Rip off avoid
