OMG-- The sales woman Polly was such a nightmare! I had three pairs of shoes I was purchasing for my toddler. Needless to say, I dropped everything & told her how nasty she was. I have been going there for years, however, they will not be getting any sales from me or my family EVER again... It wasn't a random stop. I went there for a reason & she upset me so much that I had to come home & post this. What a B**CH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went to the Doc Shoppe and I recieved exceptional hands on service. The prices were fair and the sales people were so friendly! You should go there for all your croc/doc/merrell/naot/birkenstock/reef needs!
I was double billed too and could not get it off... finally the card company fixed.
Make sure to review your credit card receipt. I was billed twice for a pair of shoes that I bought. When I went to question him about it, he was unable to find the documentation for my purchase because his paperwork was so unorganized.
