Unfortunately, I haven’t been paid in 2 months. Even after contacting the account manager by email and voicemail…still no check! I would love it if someone could contact me and tell me when I’m getting payment.
If zero or negative stars were an option I would give Doc Pros that! Their customer service is nice, because they are hidding the fact that they do absolutely nothing. I started a claim in 2023 and have paid them over $2,500 to what they said was "make my debt and collectors go away." In return I recived no services and I still owe 3 out of 4 of my credit cards which are now in collection and doc pros says they cannot do anything about. 1 credit card they actually negotiated an settlement of which I owe the same amount as th... read more
I had a job not pay me my commission in 2021 so I had to let my credit cards go! The Doc Pros called me and told me they would take care of all of my past credit card bills and stop any garnishments from happening! Well $1500 I paid them and they did absolutely nothing! My wages got garnished and they side stepped question and questions! They don’t take responsibility for nothing and can’t be trusted! They will tell you they have a legal team!
