Doc had no problem taking $100 of my hard earned money to put me on a 6 month "program" just a few days before he went out of business. Handed me a sticky note with macros and then closed up shop a few days after. Couldve used a macro calculator online and given the $100 to someone that wasnt going to con me. Lesson learned!
Once Rob left the place went down the tubes!
We spent an hour and a half talking with Doc about our fitness goals and current routines. His knowledge about health and fitness is incredible. We purchased several different supplements which would have cost double what we paid for them had we bought them in a chain store. It is our new place for our fitness needs.
