We’ve had an extremely concerning experience with this daycare, and I feel obligated to share it. We ultimately had to escalate matters to Child Protective Services after multiple incidents involving staff. Several teachers were reported for inappropriate behavior with my child, including kissing him. One teacher in particular went as far as pressuring him to kiss her and took photos of him on her personal phone—completely unacceptable under any circumstance. Kinder Care has been the best for us. Our little one loves it. She loves going in there every morning. And now she is received as if it were their own child. She has learn so much.
I can't say enough good things about Kindercare-Dobson. Maranda and Shelley have been excellent to work with. The staff here treat our children like they are their own, and I couldn't be more appreciative of that. If you're looking for a great daycare, this is it!
I have been a KinderCare customer for many years at various locations with my children. This location is by far one of the best in the county. I have very high standards when it comes to child care, and I can honestly say that the teachers and administrators treat these kids like their own. There are very few places where I can take my kids without worrying that they are being cared for properly, and this center is one of those places.
