Purchase daughter Brighton rings for her birthday in March, she is a college student and is not always available to make returns. Was told of the 30 day return policy, was over 30 days when my daughter went in to exchange rings, which they still had in stock, was told she would have to come back when a manager was available to make the exchange. Needless to say we will be purchasing our Brighton jewelry elsewhere for now on, since they were not accomadating.
