Agree with Reviews - Use at own Risk – Matthew Koglmeier is an arrogance paper shuffler who uses any unethical means necessary to accomplish aims, regardless of the damage it causes and has encouraged clients to file false claims. He does not act in good faith and represents the worst of the profession. Many of his and his firms clients have come away feeling simply ripped off and poorly represented. I would encourage all parties to file online rip-off claims against this individual and firm.

After documenting a clearcut case of gross negligence of my tenants with pictures, video, audio files and all the right documentation I handed a gimme case to Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith P.L.C. Not only were they not successful but I ended OWING the TENANTS MONEY!
