Love the Dobbin House! We take visiting colleagues there very often. We are never disappointed.

Great family friendly restaurant with terrific ambiance for a City like Gettysburg. We ate in the Tavern downstairs which has beamed ceilings and stone walls. Good was very good-I loved my crab cake sandwich. Definitely worth the visit!
I don't typically write reviews, but this place was amazing. There were 4 in our group and we all said that there was not a single thing we could complain about. My husband and I both said that was the best prime rib we have had. The french onion soup was also the best I have ever had. The drinks were also amazing. Our waitress was great. I highly recommend this place. Just make sure you make a reservation.
Fantastic! Definitely a "must try" when in Gettysburg. Atmosphere is amazing, staff are incredible, food is delicious!!

Ever since my husband (my boyfriend at the time) took me to the Dobbin House Tavern when we were dating and I had literally the best meal of my life, it has been my favorite restaurant ever. We got married in Gettysburg, seven years ago, just so we could have our wedding dinner there.
