The Neal started off okay, the sweet potato was good, the house dressing was great, but the $30 steak I ordered Rare came out well done and my party of 11 ate while I sat unable to eat and had to go somewhere else and buy a second meal, it was rather upsetting. They cook could of done better and the house should of made the situation right. I shouldn't of had to leave a restaurant to get proper food.

Business response:

We are sorry to hear that your steak was not to your liking. Did you tell the server you were unhappy with it? They are instructed to correct the situation to the best of their ability or get a manager to assist them. If this protocol was not followed we would like to know so we may retrain our staff. Again, I apologize for your experience and would encourage you to call and speak with a manager regarding your visit.

Crab cake appetizer was delicious, but the Seafood Isabella stole the show. Loved it all - and make sure you take a tour of the building. Some rich history in that part of the country... highly recommend you check it out if you're in the area!

Business response:

The Seafood Isabella is a crowd (and personal) favorite!! So happy to hear you enjoyed your meal!

My family visited the Spring House below and enjoyed every aspect. I enjoyed everything from the atmosphere, to the food, to the friendliness and amazing customer service of our waiter. Now that I live close by, I can't wait to return.

Business response:

We can't wait either!!
