I've been a customer of Dona Ana Water since May 1998. I always pay extra on my bill so I don't have issues with forgetting to pay my bill. I haven't received a statement from Dona Ana Water in two months. I paid extra on my account, but I received a disconnect notice phone call for owing them $13.00. I paid my bill in full plus an extra $50.00, but I was told since I didn't use their bill pay and pay their outrageous fees to do so, I will be disconnected in the morning. If I could give them zero stars I would!!! We closed on a new home two weeks ago and still don’t have water! The reason ? The prior owner didn’t pay his final bill so they lock the water meter until it’s paid. Prior owner claims he mailed them a check. Why should a new owner be punished for a prior owner’s water bill? This is unheard of with any other utility company we’ve dealt with in the past. So frustrating !!!!!!!
Every time that I call I have such a pleasant experience with one of the agents there. Her name is Cindy. Very kind and very professional individual. Keep up the good work!
The workers they have now have been great and super helpful I love the staff as well great communication and even tho they have young people they look to be bright starts for the company way to go Dona and water!
