Customer service is a absolute trash . Natalie has no business talking to people on the phone . She is beyond rude …on top of that my mother’s due date was 10/25 and cut off her water today !!!! 10/23 !!!! Please make that make sense.oh yeah and they charged her $63.00 to turn it on same day !!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!
If you ever have a technician come out, you need to watch them the whole time, as they are bot very bright. My pipes were frozen because they have all their equipment above ground, but this not very smart tech tried to turn the water on my at the hose bib, while frozen, and broke the hose bib, then refused to fix it.
The worst Water company every. Ive been dealing with them for over 30 years and I hate calling or even dealing with them. They DO NOT help their customers out at all. Only if there was another water company that we can go to I would.
If i didnt have to deal with this company i wouldnt do it
