Friendly and helpful staff
Third time driving an hour to get money and pay taxes only to arrive and find out they are closed during normal hours. Putting a sign on the door does not inform people prior to arrival. This is the 21st century. It takes a few seconds to update Google Maps.
We called to get some questions answered, and we were told that Isabel could answer out questions but was busy. We left 3 messages, Amy and Jordan were apologiletic that she wouldn't call us back. I dont know who monitors Isabel, but it's not good to ignore phone messages for a county resident. Shame
Only went to pay the 2nd installment of the property taxes, really hope that they don't add anymore to our bill
