Terrible service. They show up late for a call, and then, when the guy finally arrives, he refuses to do his job. How do they hire their staff? It must be through nepotism. We called animal control at 8:00 a.m., and he didn't show up until 1:00 p.m. We wanted him to take the dognthe dog isn't doing well but we are little people, and this guy expected us to lift the dog into the truck. It’s a high lift, and on top of that, he said he wouldn't touch the dog to get it into the vehicle.
Was a quick and good experience. The lady was kind, answered all questions with assurance! Thank you for all you do!
