I cannot say enough about DOA parking staff at 109 North St. THEY are life savers! My parking decal was not working for a few days. Each time I called for assistance they staff that answered was so PATIENT and nice to me. never made me feel like I was a bother. After advising me to come and switch out the tag, she ALSO guided me to the office front door. I APPRECIATE this so much as I was panicing like crazy ....of course. DOA Parking to the rescue!!! They made me so proud to be a State Employee! THANK YOU LADIES!!!
This is a state government building, housing the various offices within the Department of Administration. I've been inside numerous times, primarily through the back door. To gain entry, an employee's ID must be scanned to unlock the back door. Entry through the front will be met with a security officer at the front. The building is becoming an out-of-date office building with potential.
