I ordered a pair of Ovation boots from Amazon that shipped from Do Trot In Tack Shop. After regular use, the boots soon fell apart. I didn't think there was much that could be done since the Amazon return had expired but with great customer service from Ovation and the tack shop, I received replacement boots. It is nice to know that businesses still care about making things right for the customer. I appreciate both businesses and hope I can support Do Trot in Tack Shop and Ovation in the future.
Ised them for an order online via Amazon, which needed to be shipped to Canada. When we thought there was a problem with shipping & customs, they were quick to respond to messages, and gave me all the information needed to figure out where the shipment was. What a great business, with great customer service. I highly recommend!
Purchased item from this seller on eBay and it didn’t fit so returned it to seller. Seller kept my item and didn’t issue refund (even after sending them copy of ups shipment receipt with tracking number). Apparently they get so many returns they can’t keep track of them and just kept my item (and likely resold) without issuing me a refund.
Highly recommend. My daughter needed new show gear. Got what we needed! Lovely inventory. Very knowledgeable staff. Fair prices.
