I used Derrick Dennis as my tax preparer for the first time this year, and I promise I will use him again every year now. He was so careful and meticulous. Great communications and great results. Got the work done in plenty of time. Very reasonable.
When things got difficult he stopped answering messages all together. First it was issues with the software they use. Then it was personal matters that continued to come up. Eventually he stopped answering me all together even when the last message was that he was going to get back to me. I went to the office in person and then he was upset that I continued to question him over missing information I had given in person.
