I’m just staring to get into tennis and was super curious with certain court equipment. Leanne was super sweet and answered all my questions! She made me feel safe and confident starting my new hobby! Will absolutely be returning if service was as great as hers! Store seemed super clean as well :)
I ordered a racket for my son but it was out of stock at shipping time. Instead of just canceling my order, they reached out with an alternate option (which was better than what I purchased) with the option to still cancel if I chose. I went with the upgrade and it was shipped out that same day. You really don't see customer like this anymore. 100/10 would recommend!
