I placed an order and completed payment at the listed price. Afterward, I was contacted and told the products and shipping had been underpriced and that I would need to pay an additional $263 to complete the purchase. I replied respectfully asking that the original order total be honored, or otherwise to cancel and refund the order. The order was then canceled without any apology or further communication. Mistakes can happen, but I was disappointed in how the situation was handled.
I ordered my new racket 2 days ago and just received her today with stringing she’s perfect! Extremely fast it shipped out the second day. So excited for my new racket and can’t wait to play with her in the court! Service way better than other big name store and will definitely recommend you guys to my tennis friends!
I placed an order in September, 2025. Today, in June, 2026, I have not received my order and the issue has not been resolved. They have said it has been on backorder all this time. I finally caved and said I would accept a refund and now they are saying they can't refund my original payment method. What a mess. Do not order from here.
Bought a jar of Yonex overgrip here. Other online stores don't have it in stock, so I ordered here. Shipping was fast, delivered as expected. Now I have overgrips enough for me to use for 2 years. Good shopping experience.
Only found out about Do It Tennis recently but it's already become my favorite spot for tennis gear. I'm on my third racquet from them now and every single time they've managed to string and ship it out the same day. That kind of service, quality and price is hard to come by and I'll definitely keep coming back!
