Placed an order for 2 Ezone 98+ racquets in July of 2024. I initiated a warranty claim through Do It Tennis on March 31, 2025 due to a crack in the frame. I sent the frame back to Do It Tennis after paying for shipping and have received little to no information from them. I have sent 10 messages to them asking for information and when to expect a response. The replies are always that we have no information and that Yonex is extremely backed up with claims. Bate and switch after order. Order an in stock product and pay for 2 day shipping with a guaranteed delivery only to have them delay shipping and then ship via 5 day ground to arrive days after the event. Well, that's way after I need it. Ok, we'll refund you for the difference between shipping you picked and what we actually did. But it's too late then? Oh well, your problem now, already shipped. Terrible, tried to support smaller businesses and got the shaft, no better than massive retail, maybe worse.
Great customer service. I bought from amazon and had a missing racquet. I called them and they answered and resolved my issue very promptly. Would buy from them again.
