I purchased the Sports Tutor Pickleball Tutor Plus Ultra with Spin for over $2,000, expecting a premium machine. I purchased a couple of new rackets directly from their website. I had a tailored request on my strings and made a quick call. I received the rackets in 2 days. Everything was perfect. Will definitely purchase from them again.
Great customer service. They replaced my Babolat racket when the frame cracked, honoring the 1-year warranty!. Santiago was professional, highly responsive, and supportive. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend Do It Tennis to others🎾
Just to be clear, this is not a negative review against Do It Tennis. This is about Lobster Sports, a Tennis Ball Machine Supplier/Manufacturer. Placed an order for 2 Ezone 98+ racquets in July of 2024. I initiated a warranty claim through Do It Tennis on March 31, 2025 due to a crack in the frame. I sent the frame back to Do It Tennis after paying for shipping and have received little to no information from them.
