I have ordered rackets, strings, grips, shoes, and other items from many different tennis stores, but Do It Tennis might be my favorite place to purchase all my tennis gear. I got a great deal on two older version Yonex Ezone 27.5 inch extended length rackets from Do It Tennis early last year, with free strings provided. The price was much better than any other stores searching online, and I was very happy with the purchase. Both rackets played great, but one of them got a little crack all of sudden late last year during intense baseline rallies. My tennis friends mentioned the warranty. I don't often leave reviews, I have to be blown away to go out of my way to leave a review. I was blown away with this company and their speed of service. I ordered a $300 racquet from them Saturday afternoon and it was at my door step, in Indiana, at 8:30 Monday morning. They wasted no time getting my order ready to roll and got it to the shipping carrier asap. Will absolutely purchase my tennis stuff from here moving forward. Great place to do business.
Do-It-Incompetent. They sent me an incorrect racket but assured me that they would send the correct racket after my return. 10 days, 4 calls, and "Here's 15% off for your trouble" after admitting they never had the racket listed and couldn't order it from their distributor. The people running this business are absolute morons. Save your energy and just order from Tennis Warehouse instead.
