I can’t recommend Do It Tennis highly enough. I initially purchased a Yonex Percept from them, and while I didn’t love the tension of the strings, they immediately refunded the stringing charge—no questions asked. Later, when I broke my racket, they went above and beyond and quickly send me a replacement once I returned the broken frame(actually a completely different frame and refunded me the difference). I bought a tennis racket from this seller. The expected delivery date was October 14, 2025, but I received it a week earlier on October 7 — such a pleasant surprise! The racket is beautiful and of excellent quality. It’s a gift for one of my best friends, and I’m sure she will love it. I’ll definitely come back whenever I need something in the future.

I ordered a racket for my son but it was out of stock at shipping time. Instead of just canceling my order, they reached out with an alternate option (which was better than what I purchased) with the option to still cancel if I chose. I went with the upgrade and it was shipped out that same day. You really don't see customer like this anymore. 100/10 would recommend!

I ordered a Wilson Blade 100 racket but was sent the 100L instead. I was told by the team that “once UPS shows a scan on the return tracking number, we will get the replacement shipped out.” After UPS updated the tracking (which was a Wed), the replacement should have gone out that day or the next - but I didn’t hear back until the following week, even after following up. I purchased the Sports Tutor Pickleball Tutor Plus Ultra with Spin for over $2,000, expecting a premium machine. Unfortunately, after just four uses, the top broke off, leaving it unable to even hold balls.
