Took my jeep up there to make sure they could replace ball joints and do a front-end alignment. They had it all day to inspect it. Told us they could do the job and what needed to be replace. We went ahead and paid for all parts that needed to be ordered. When the parts came in they called so we could schedule an appointment for this 6 hour job, knowing that I would have to take off work to have this done and would need it back the same day. Young kids behind the counter have no respect for people. They refuse to let you speak to a manager or the owner. Once you tell them you want to take your issue to someone higher up in charge they tell you to leave the store and take your busisness elsewhere. I've never had someone be as disrespectful as I was yesterday by your employees. I would recommend bringing in older people that have respect for others and actually want to keep people coming in. Wife went and bought me waders last weekend for $500 took them home threw the box away put the waders in the closet with tags still on them. Got them out looking at them put them on and realized I could fit two of me in them called them told them what has happened and they still have the tags on them and they told me they wouldn't take them back...... Very upsetting and to think I run a shop to where we order lifts and bed covers from them all the time 🤦♂️
