Took my jeep up there to make sure they could replace ball joints and do a front-end alignment. They had it all day to inspect it. Told us they could do the job and what needed to be replace. We went ahead and paid for all parts that needed to be ordered. When the parts came in they called so we could schedule an appointment for this 6 hour job, knowing that I would have to take off work to have this done and would need it back the same day.
