By far the worst experience with Vivian and Julia. Although they come highly recommended within the Vietnamese community, my overall experience was very disappointing. From delayed or missing email responses, to having to follow up weeks later just to receive answers, there was a clear lack of communication and client care. Irresponsible! The first and the worst service ever! Very stressful dealing with this Lawyer! Sign the paper just a day before closing! No proper instructions of what to expect, like client should have known everything! I have to chase the file, emailed/called her to remind about the closing date and when should I expect to have it done!? Booked me in at 11 and called me at 10:30 to reschedule it! Can’t reach her by phone always go to voice mail! My first time and will be my last time using this lawyer!
