Instructed me to call an intake phone number in which I did and the person who was to assist me did not speak English clearly.
Terrible service experience. Unprofessional and untimely. I did not receive an initial response to my application for a week, which was a voicemail, and then didn’t talk to anyone for another week after trying several times to contact them. The woman I spoke with was very unprofessional and hung up on me mid conversation. I would definitely say to NOT waste your time with this horrible business . They started my divorce no problem but CLOSED my case as soon as he was served papers ? Wait …. What ?! Yep you heard me . The only good thing they did was to get me a restraining order against my very abusive soon to be ex husband . I have never heard of a business just quitting on a customer before ? I did everything asked of me and more so why am I being punished ? People need to be aware of shady businesses and this is one of them .
USELESS COMPANY SUPPOSED TO HELP LOW INCOME PEOPLE BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY. THEY ARE BIAS IN WHO THEY WANT TO HELP.
